Passport
It must be the same passport you travel on, and it must be valid. Copy the details exactly as they appear.
Photo of your face
You can take it with your phone during the application. Your face must be clearly visible, without sunglasses or anything covering it, against a plain background.
Email and payment
The decision arrives by email, so the address must be correct. The £20 payment is made at the end, by card.
